O365/Outlook - How to forward your Affiliated email to a personal email address

To set your Century 21 Affiliated mailbox up for forwarding, you will need to first open up your computer's web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.), navigate to https://outlook.office365.com, and sign in with your Century 21 Affiliated email account.

When you have successfully signed in, you will see a blue bar at the top with a settings gear. Click this gear to reveal the settings menu. 

 

Now you can type forwarding in the search box that is now visible from the menu. Once you have searched for forwarding, click the "forwarding" result under the search box.

You will be brought directly to the forwarding setting of your mailbox. From here you will do the following steps to enable the forward to your personal email address. 

  1. Click the Enable Forwarding box (Green Arrow)
  2. Type in your personal email address (Purple Arrow)
  3. Click the Keep a copy box (Orange Arrow) (*this is highly recommended!)
  4. Click Save (Red Arrow)

*NOTE* setting up email forwarding in this manner means all emails (including junk mail) that are sent to your affiliated email address will automatically start being forwarded to the address you applied during setup.
