O365/Outlook - Password Portal (How to reset your password)
*NOTE* The Affiliated email
password reset portal only works if you've completed the setup for it
previously. If you have not completed that setup, please email the helpdesk at helpdesk@c21affiliated.com.
- From your internet browser, go outlook.office365.com
- Click on the “Can’t access your
account?”.

- Click on “Work or School account”
when prompted.

- On your screen (as highlighted
below), enter the affiliated email address you use for your email login,
followed by the security characters as they display on your screen, then
click Next <Please see the picture below for reference – we do not
recommend using the words with audio option.> *NOTE* Agent
email usernames are typically in firstname.lastname@c21affiliated.com
format but please contact our helpdesk if you are not sure of your
username.

- Verification step 1 will appear
on your screen. Click on the Email button to have an authentication
code emailed to the email address you set up previously to receive
password reset requests.

- After you’ve received the
verification code, enter it in the box as prompted, then click Next.
*NOTE* these verification code emails can get trapped by the spam
filters of some mailboxes, so please check all your email folders for
these messages. Also, the code emails can sometimes have a delayed
delivery depending on your email provider and internet/cellular connection
status. If you experience such a delay, reboot your device, verify
your connection, and check your email again.

- The process should now proceed to
Verification step 2, where you’ll need to provide the cell phone number
that tied to your account. Please select either the Text or Call
option, then enter your cell phone number and press the corresponding
button action to receive your verification Text or Call.

- Enter the provided code and click
Next. *NOTE* these verification code texts or calls rely your
cellular network connection and your cell phone being powered on. If you
do not receive the text or call, please reboot your cell phone, then
request the code be resent.

- If you’ve provided the correct
security information, you should now see the prompt to enter and confirm
your new password. Create your new password now, then click Finish.

- Congratulations! You’ve
completed a self-reset of your Affiliated email password, and you'll
receive a confirmation email of this at your personal email address.
Click on the “click here” link as prompted to sign into your Affiliated
email.
