Network Printer Connection Information for Chromebook


Office-specific Information 

  1. Chromebook connection is not available in the Appleton, Mount Horeb, or Eau Claire (Altoona) offices.
  2. Agents in all other offices should follow these instructions to connect to the office copier.

General Information 

 

Officially, the C21 Affiliated Helpdesk does not support or troubleshoot Chromebooks. However, with the correct setup, 

Chromebooks should be able to print and scan to most office copiers. 


To try and connect to our office copiers, the following conditions must be met: 
  1. The Chromebook must be connected to the same office Wi-Fi network as the copier, and
  2. The office copier must have Airprint enabled.

3rd party printing apps can sometimes also be used to print documents. The C21 Affiliated Helpdesk does support such apps and is not responsible for any interactions or permissions your device may have with such apps. We cannot guarantee device or operating system compatibility between Chromebooks and our office copiers. All compatibility and support are solely at the discretion and direction of the copier manufacturer.
